Plateau youth celebrate a Quintessential and Distinct Physician Dr. Yilji Cashmir Kumtap a Consultant Cardiologist on his Birthday.

Makrop Dangok, in a statement said “Dr. Kumtap, you are a shinning star, a great discipline, a father and a faithful husband. For those of us who grew up sharing the same bed space with you, you showed us the reward of decency and hard work. You are smart, resourceful and intelligent; no wonder you graduated Magna cum laude from Medical School – winning the Vice Chancellor’s award of Responsibility and Honour, University of Jos in 2007. “

Dangok also said “You’ve demonstrated excellent Leadership skills right from your time as House Captain, Longomai Hostel, Government Science School Kuru in 1999 to your role as Welfare Director/Secretary, Students Union Government, University of Jos in the 2005/2006 academic session.”

He further noted that As a result of your impeccable people’s management skills, you were again elected as the Secretary of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) Plateau State Chapter in July 2018 for a single tenure of two (2) years – you and your team worked tirelessly to see to the creation of the Plateau State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (PLASCHEMA) which activities has since commence. It is my sincerest Prayers that Almighty God continue to uplift you in your career so as to find purpose. May you use your position to serve humanity and continue to save lives.
