The CEO of La_Shipson Construction Nig. Ltd, has announced increased of company shares from 1million to 10million

The Chief Executive officer of La_Shipson Construction Nig. Ltd. Hon. Moses Godia Shipi has announced the increased of La_Shipson Construction Nig. Ltd company shares, from 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares to 10,000,000 million Ordinary Shares.

La-Shipson construction Nigeria Limited was incorporated in October, 2011 with RC:984275 and commenced operations in 2012.It is fully indigenous company, giving specialized management to companies in Nigeria and abroad in areas of finance, project management, real estate development and other areas of consultancy. Because of the background of its directors, the company has placed much emphasis on Estate Development and construction in recent times having served.

The CEO of the Company in a Press Statement signed and issue to Journalists in Jos said the increased in the shares is as result of Central Bank of Nigeria Policies which looks like stealing and enslaving the masses in Nigeria

Hon. Shipi also lamented on challenges militating against housing development in Nigeria which he mention to include, High Bank Interest Rate of 30%, High Exchange Rate #360 to a dollar and High VAT Rate of 7.5%.

Other challenges he added are High recapitalization rate of One (1) Billion Naira for Micro Finance Banks, and High Rate for cashless policies (ranging from 2% to 5%l

He added that CBN wrong policies are centered toward enslaving the masses and killing the indigenous companies.

He call on President Mohammadu Buhari, Central Bank of Nigeria and Federal Government to address the said policies for meaningful development in country.
