HOD Research and General Studies, NTA Television College Jos emerged Lady Captain Lamingo golf club Jos.

The Head of Department of Research and General Studies of the NTA Television College Jos, affiliated to ABU Zaria Mrs Maryam Adura has emerged as the Lady Captain of the Ladies Section of Lamingo golf club Jos.

Mrs Adura defeated her co-contestant Laura Arin with Eleven votes to Four votes in a secret ballot system and was elected as the lady Captain of the golf club.

She has also served as the treasurer of Lamingo golf club under the Tang Dapoet led Executive Committee for the past two years.

Maryam who took over from Professor Edoo Isamade, pledged to take the ladies section to the next Level.

According to her golf is not only for the men, but urge women to registered and participate actively with their men counterpart in game of gold, saying golf keeps the body fit.
