The Interim Executive Committee of Qua’an Pan Development Initiative (QPDI) is saddened to announce that it has learned of the passing of Senator Ignatius Datong Longjan. Senator Longjan passed on in the early hours of Monday the 10th of February after a protracted illness at the Nizamiye Turkish Hospital, Abuja. Before his demise, Senator Longjan was the Senator representing Plateau Southern Senatorial Zone in the National Assembly.
QPDI fondly remembers him for his unwavering support, parental guidance and unrelenting encouragement to the Initiative. This is indeed a very sad development for the QPDI and the good people of Qua’an Pan as a whole.
We wish to use this medium to convey our deepest condolences to his immediate family, the good people of Qua’an Pan and the entire peace loving people of Plateau State over this monumental loss and to register our heartfelt appreciation for the time, talent and treasure Senator Longjan invested in uplifting, developing and supporting the Initiative.
