Former immigration boss Nde David Shikfu Paradang celebrates with the entire Muslim community on this year’s Eid-El-kabir urges them to follow all covid-19 guidelines while praying for sustainable peace in Nigeria.

This is contained in his sallah message to the Muslim ummah in Plateau state, Nigeria and the world at large.
“I wish to celebrate with our Muslim umma on the Plateau, across Nigeria and around the world as you celebrate Eid-El-Kabir this year.

No doubt this holy festival will be different from those of past years due to the covid-19 pandemic. However, the timeless values of commitment and dedication to Allah, prayer, family and fellowship, the pillars that cement peace and unity in our communities remain unchanged.

While celebrating this Eid-El-Kabir, we enjoin everyone to abide by all protocols and regulations issued by health authorities and the NCDC to stem this pandemic.

I wish you all a very happy, peaceful and safe Eid-El-Kabir.”
