Dear Sir,

JOS – ZARIA – KADUNA ROAD RECONSTRUCTION.

Its been years since we have being making the above appeal passionately .
The authorities heeded to our plea by carrying out some maintenance work on the road.
We are saying thank you.
However, due to how bad the road was even the repairs that were made, left us with much to be desired, as old patchworks are peeling off and new potholes cracking up. We are once more appealing to the authorities concern to come to our rescue to carryout a major reconstruction of this road.
As we all know that this road is the main route that links the Northwestern states with the
Middlebelt zone and Southeastern parts of this country.
Hence, businesses have suffered and invariably the economy of these areas are affected and the country at large.
It has made the security of these areas vulnerable to arm robbery and kidnapping.
The life of the people is adversely affected due to the incessant accidents which left many death or maimed. Thereby causing life threatening trauma to the bereaved and the affected.
Considering the above and its concomitants we are appealing on the Federal Government through it’s relevant authorities and agencies to carryout a major reconstruction of this all important road, which serves as a major linkage to the three geopolitical zones mentioned from the seaports of Port Harcourt and Calabar in the south through the hub of tourism in Jos, to the center of adminstration and commerce in Kaduna and Kano in the north respectively.
