ChukwuEmeka Gilbert hails from obodo-ikolo ,Nkanu West Enugu State.
After the successful completion of his studies at Enugu State University of Technology (Esut).

He was posted to Plateau State for his National Youth Service,after the orientation was successful, he was sent to Bokkos Local Government as his area of primary assignment.

On getting to Bokkos after series of futile efforts to see if he can be considered to be sent to Jos metropolis by the NYSC Secretariat, he found out some of his IBO brothers are in Bokkos doing Business,that made him feel at home in a new environment.

As days go bye,when he goes to eat daily at a restaurant in Bokkos,He always sees a beans that looks different from the one he is used to eating in Enugu.

He wondered why the beans look different and it’s richly looking dark foiled with Benniseed and palmoil to the delight of those feasting on it in the restaurant with bulging laps of chicken.

After sormounting the courage to ask the damsel that owns the restaurant where he eats daily, he was given a taste of the BIBAL Delicacy.

The result is that they are now happily married with three kids.

Today in the IBO community In Jos,traditional marriages is not complete without the BIBAL DELICACY.

A wise elder (Kochok) once said,”We come together to eat under the moonlight at the village square, not because we cannot afford to eat at home,but because there is unity of purpose when we are together”.

BIBAL is not just a Delicacy,It is a Tradition of the Bokkos people from generation to generation.
