Yesterday the 26th of December 2020 at the 2020 Miss NAMS beauty pageant and award night organized by the National Association of Mwaghavul Students (NAMS) which took place at the Shangtong event hall mangu, honoured Hon. Kyesmang Jonathan with an award as the IRON PILLAR OF STUDENTS OF THE YEAR 2020 for his remarkable contributions to the well being and rapid growth of NAMS as a body.

While receiving the award Hon. Kysmang Jonathan who is an aid to Hon. (Dr) Bala N. Fwangje (Member Rep. Mangu South in the PSHA) appreciated the organizers of the program for dimming it fit to give him an award saying it is a big honor to receive such award from a body he once served as a leader and a member.

He encouraged the students and the youths in general to be focus and determine and also be united to be able to achieve their dreams and set goals.
He promised to always support NAMS in anyway possible that he can, he promised to also assist them in their ongoing hostel building at the College of Health Technology Pushit.
Hon. Kyesmang Jonathan has received many awards to include;

1. Students ambassador and mentorship award of the year 2019 by SUG FCE Pankshin
2. The best and the most transparent ELCOM chairman for conducting the best and transparent election in 2013.

Hon. Kysmang was born on 20/9/1988. Graduated with upper credit in Chemical Engineering from Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna.

He served in the following as; The assistant Manager with UNITED AFRICAN COMPANY FOODS LIMITED (UACFOODS). One time Napss president Kadpoly, Nams president kadpoly, ELCOM chairman NAPSS national body, NAMS President Kerang branch, Speaker, Gamji memorial club (Comprising 19 northern States), Senator Representing Chemical Engineering with SUG KADPOLY among others.
Some of the award recipients at the award and dinner night include; Hon (Dr) Bala Ndat Fwangje (member Rep. Mangu South PSHA), Brig. Gen John Sura (Rtd),Dr. Patrick Dakum, Hon Jude Dakur, Mrs. Nantap Oswald, Hon. Jephther Jackden, Amb. Godwin Takat, Alh Sani Golden, Comrade Nashak Daya among others.
