Viewpoint Nigeria has confirmed the appointment of the Manager News and Current Affairs, NTA Abuja, Dr. Makut Simon Macham as Director of Press Affairs, Governor’s Office by the Executive Governor of Plateau State, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Simon Bako Lalong.

This announcement was contained in a Press release signed by the acting Secretary to the Government of Plateau State, Mr. Richard Tokma, mni today 29th July, 2019

The Pres release said Dr. Makut Simon Macham holds a PhD in Media Arts, and was at various times NTA correspondent with the Federal Capital Territory Administration, State House Correspondent in the Office of the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as well as Desk Correspondent to the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, among others.

Until his appointment, Dr. Makut was Manager News and Current Affairs at NTA News 24, Abuja.

The statement said the appointment takes immediate effect today 29th July, 2019
