The Management Committee Chairman of Barkin Ladi Local Government Council, Barr. Ezekiel Mandyau has inaugurated a nine (9) man Christmas carol committee.

Inaugurating the committee, council Secretary capt Rwang Dusu, who represented the Chairman, urge the committee to do a meticulous job as this is the first time since the creation of Barkin Ladi, that such an amazing event will come to play.
The Committee was inaugurated with the following terms of reference.

I. Recommend a convenient date, venue and time for the event.

ii. Recommend participating groups and honorarium if any.

iii. Organise a befitting Christmas Carol to the glory of God; and,

iv. Recommend any other measures to ensure the success of the event.

Responding, Chairman of the committee, Rev. Andrew Devine Dido, thanked the Management Committee Chairman, for finding them worthy to make history as the first Christmas Carol Committee, since the inception of the LGA in 1976, adding that they as a Committee will put in their best to do the assignment diligently.
